If you are returning products for exchange/refund, Please read the following attention:

1)All products must be post-marked no later than 7 days after you have received your product.
2)The product condition must be BRAND-NEW - this means never worn nor unpacked. Once you have worn your replica watch or jewelry, the exchange/refund policy is void. This also means the plastic wrapping around the band of the watches must be in-tact and not removed.
3)Please insure your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs are not refundable.
4)The product you return is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
5)Tampered products will also not be exchanged/refunded. This means if the watches have been opened up, or any other parts of the watch have been tampered with.
6)All refunds will be effected after the return product is received and inspected. Refunds will be in full, less shipping & handling charges (non-refundable), and the credit card processing fee charge (non-refundable, if payment was made via credit card).
7)You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer
8)Please note our watches have identifying marks, we only accept our own product for returns, repair, or warranty and we are not responcible for cost of shipping back to you.
